AS and A level Law

A level Law is offered by AQA and Cambridge International (CIE), WJEC, OCR, and Educas exam boards. Broadly speaking, A-level law will be split up into the following topics:

  1. The English legal system including the origins of English Law and jurisprudence

  2. Criminal Law 

  3. Contract Law 

  4. Tort Law

  5. Some exam boards require students to revise and sit a component on human rights law.
